Together Forever In The Clouds: The 1946 RCAF Estevan Plane Crash Memorial Weekend
On Sept. 15, 1946, 21 young RCAF airmen returning to Estevan, SK in a Dakota (C-47) from Minot, ND crashed near the Estevan wartime airfield. All on board died in the crash; at the time it was the worst peacetime aviation accident in RCAF history. The 20 pilots and 1 mechanic had all served Canada in the Second World War, 11 with distinguished flying records. Following the War, they had been tasked with flying the aircraft used during the British Commonwealth Air Training Plan back to the United States, then returning to Canada to ferry more aircraft.

Beatz Eats Smoked Meats
This year at Prairie View productions we decided to start up a series of our own short documentaries focused on telling unique stories from Saskatchewan and what better place to kick this series off then a visit to Beatz Eatz Smoked Meats. We were joined by Riley & Laura Beatty owners of Beatz Eatz as they told us their story of how they went from being owners of a local Food truck to now a full on restaurant all while providing locals and tourists some of the best and most unique smoked meat in all of Saskatchewan.
CBC Creator Network - Agave Mexican Grill
Joined by Head Chef/Partner Sergio Reyna of Agave Mexican Grill in Regina, SK we filmed a how to cooking video with a twist unlike any other cooking video. The concept was simple. What would happen if someone who isn’t a chef was given all the ingredients but no instructions to a recipe? Would they be able to create the final dish and how different would it be from the actual dish. Throughout this video I myself tried to create a dish provided by Sergio all while he reacted and explained in detail the proper way to my attempt.
